    1. The intensity of this probably stems from multiple factors. A) Greta’s trusted, and she does need to know why dragon tea is different. B) Eric and Hesekiel probably trust her to be more mature than her age might imply – to wit, she’s taken quite nicely to babysitting creatures that routinely out-diva your average cat. C) Dragon tea exposition cannot reliably pass on what the brewer wants to pass on and nothing else – otherwise it’d be far too useful to relegate to a cottage in the middle of nowhere staffed by two retired adventurers, a teenager, and an amnesiac. Speaking of whom, Minette’s predicament highlights a potential danger of dragon tea: If this blend showed a drinker the entirety of Hesekiel’s and Erik’s adventuring career, imagine what drinking Hese’s jasmine tea unadulterated would be like.

    2. I understand your concern, however Greta is actually a little older than a pre-teen; as a teenager, I don’t believe that erasing the truth behind Erik’s disability would be doing either of them any justice. Greta is strong and resilient, and so is Erik, and Erik especially has come on a long journey of which this is an honest part.

    1. It’s not that nobody’s concerned, it’s that most people are suspending their disbelief to enjoy the art and storyline. And since this ins’t the type of psychological thriller story, I somewhat doubt that down-to-earth Greta will be overtly traumatized. Surprised, maybe.

    2. I’m slightly concerned, but I’m also confident in Greta’s ability to weather it, and also confident that Erik & Hese had a similar faith in Greta’s ability to weather a trauma that, once she drank the tea, couldn’t be avoided. (And I seem to recall that she’d earned their trust pretty thoroughly at this point, which would be a point in favor of giving her the tea in the first place)

  1. Honestly, I don’t think they knew a) if she’d see anything at all or b) what she would see. We’ll just have to see what comes next.
Also- Oh my heart! You’re making me cry! (So well done, you!)
